Article 8
Under reserve of the provisions of article 33, it is forbidden to throw and acti-
vate smoke and sparks producing materials or explosives, bad smelling or
lacrymogenous substances inside the residential area as well as in a distance
of less than 100 meters of such area. The mayor may however authorize such
use upon request for public celebrations.
Article 9
It is forbidden to put dirt on the public roads in whatever way and to throw,
put or leave any objects on such roads.
Dog owners or holders shall prevent their animals from leaving their excre-
ments on the sidewalks, roads and places which are part of a residential area
or a pedestrian area, a play area or play ground and public green areas as
well as next to the buildings along these areas. They shall remove such excre-
ments.
Article 10
It is forbidden to make slides or to slide, ice-skate or sledge on any part of the
public roads unless in those places foreseen or reserved for such purpose.
Article 11
It is forbidden to throw stones or other objects in public streets, places and
roads.
Article 12
Barded wire fences are forbidden along the public roads.
Doors to kettle parks along the public roads shall open towards the interior.
Article 13
Entrances to cellars or other openings on the sidewalk or the road shall be
kept close unless required measures to protect passers-by were taken; they
may only stay open as long as absolutely necessary.
